The Elgin Foot and Ankle Center is a four physician podiatric practice caring for all medical and surgical pathology of the foot and ankle. Dr. Kenneth Jacoby has been practicing in the Elgin area for greater than 30 years. All four physicians practicing out of the Elgin Foot and Ankle Center are residency trained foot and ankle surgeons. The office is open 6 days a week for patients with a 24 hour emergency line answered 7 days a week. Along with the primary office location, the Elgin Foot and Ankle Center provides both in-patient and out-patient care at Advocate Sherman hospital and Provena Saint Joseph hostpial in Elgin.
