Rocky! Rocky! Rocky! We're digging our patient Rocky's new wheels! Our neurologist, Dr. Provencher performed surgery on a herniated disc back on April 21st. He has started on his long road to recovery, including in-hospital rehabilitation, and his prognosis looks good - and this cart will only help! The cart will get him up on his feet, helping with his mobility and strengthening his weakened muscles at the same time. Way to go Rocky!

FORE! A patient of ours had these golf balls successfully removed via surgery this afternoon by our Dr. Vogt. Good news: they're probably still playable. Even better news: the pup should be fine and ready to play another round after recovery! What's the strangest thing your pet has ever eaten?

Rain or shine, we love to support our local organizations! Stop out to Springfield Lake Park at the Humane Society of Summit County event - Bark in the Park!

Raise your hand if you have ever said one of these phrases before: - “He’s not fat, he’s big-boned.” - “They always look so hungry!” - “They’re just chubby” - “She’s not fat, she just has a lot of hair.” - “But my husband/wife always feeds them table scraps.” A lot of us are guilty of saying things like this. We’ll be honest, it’s hard to say 'no' to our pets when they look at us begging for another treat or more food. If tough love isn’t enough for your overweight dog or cat, and what they really need is a diet and exercise- that’s where we can help! Did you know our rehab team has a program specifically designed for overweight and senior patients? From a custom at-home and in-clinic exercise program to diet recommendations, our doctors and staff are ready to help your overweight pet! Our team is ready and eager to help – for more information, call us at 330-665-4996 to speak with a rehab team member today! Photo: Bristol is one of our patients currently in our weight loss program and he LOVES his time in the underwater treadmill and we LOVE Bristol!
