From Pastor Ray, on fasting: Saturday ISAIAH 58:6 Is not this the fast that I have chosen to loose the bands of wickedness, to undo the heavy burdens, and to let the oppressed go free, and that ye break every yoke? A wonderful promise, from the book of Isaiah, proclaims that the chosen fast will “undo the heavy burdens and let the oppressed go free.” For many around us, life represents tough economic times and we know people under a financial burdens. As we come together to fast and pray, we believe that your burdens will be lifted and that financial blessings will be released into your life. Pray for doors to be opened and then to walk through these doors of opportunity, into new seasons of provision and blessing. Let us remember Jesus' living words to all of us, Matthew 11:28, Come unto me, all ye that labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Fast, pray, receive, rest.
