What started as a home for the elderly in 1947 has grown into a dedicated and caring respite for many. Our dedication is in providing for individuals in all stages of needed care: long term, independent living, day care, and memory loss care. Pleasant View Properties is a growing and progressive retirement community. Currently our campus is comprised of 124 licensed and Medicaid certified nursing beds, 12 units for the lower income (rentals), 7 duplexes, one four-plex, one single unit, and 68 congregate living units that are attached to the nursing home. Presently this complex provides housing for approximately 250 people and employs approximately 200 staff. In 2015, we opened a new Home Plus, Pleasant Hills, in Hutchinson, KS.
