Red Lion Christian Academy

The common theme we are hearing from the many new families coming to Red Lion, as well as current families, is that they are looking for a school with excellent Christ-centered academics as well as lots of opportunities for the students. They love our focus on Scripture memorization which is found in our Accumulated Scripture Memory Program. This approach, which helps the students memorize AND retain 100 Bible verses a year, is not being done in other schools.

New families also want the "best of both worlds." They want school to be disciplined and results-oriented, yet fun. They want there to be order, yet grace. They are seeing that Red Lion, by God's good grace, seems to have struck a wonderful balance between giving the students the ultimate school experience that only comes once in each of our lives, while still maintaining a Christ-centered and disciplined approach. Red Lion has an educational program that can be tailored to each students' unique needs and abilities. If a student needs to be pushed academically, they can take lots of AP and Honors' courses which will absolutely stretch them. If a student desires a challenging, yet somewhat less rigorous approach, we have the traditional college preparatory track. If the student struggles in school, we have Learning Support and loving teachers who invest heavily in our students to help them be successful. If a student does well in sports, we have many sports teams and the facilities and expert coaches to support the program. If a student is gifted in Fine Arts, we have many artists on staff, including our Headmaster, who will mentor them and give them opportunities to perform.

We are looking for families who are committed to Christian education for the long haul. We want our students to stay with us from Preschool and Kindergarten, or wherever they join us along the way, all the way to graduation. It is a significant commitment on the part of the school and the parents, but it is worthwhile and we believe it is critical to the future of these children's spiritual lives as well as the future of our country and world.
