Access to affordable, adequate health coverage is critical for people with diabetes, and the proposed Graham-Cassidy health care bill does not guarantee it. This morning, we went to Capitol Hill with multiple patient organizations and patient representatives—including Diabetes Advocate Allison Holdgreve, a seventh-grader who lives with type 1 diabetes—to share personal stories about how Graham-Cassidy would affect them. We urge the Senate to reject this bill and to continue negotiations on a bipartisan health care bill that will protect access for people with diabetes and all Americans with chronic health conditions. http://bit.ly/2fmfVqF
