RIVER RIDGE FARMS is nestled along the hills of sunny Oxnard, California where the weather stays the same year-round, promoting a consistent growing environment. Our ideal climate allows us to grow quality product with the California hardiness that our customers deserve.

WE SPECIALIZE in potted Herbs and plants including fuchsia and lavender.
WE GROW Everyday and Seasonal Items. Customers range from small independent grocers to national supermarkets and world leading retailers.
OUR EVERDAY items include USDA certified organic and conventional herbs, lavender in a variety of sizes, themed herb gardens, delphinium, and Asiatic “pot” lilies.
SEASONAL ITEMS include spring and fall décor items such as bulb gardens, Ranunculus, Fuchsia, Calla Lilies and hardy Mums. Summer is sizzling with our ‘Patio Perfect’ line which includes BBQ Rosemary, Rudbeckia, Celosia, Sunflowers and our new large flowered Marigolds.
PRODUCTION CAPACITY
GREENHOUSES: 240,000 square feet ( acres) are developed as inside production to optimize growing conditions, such as temperature, light and humidity. 45,000 square feet contain timed lighting systems for flower delay or induction. Specialty crops like our fuchsia benefit from lighting which promotes earlier ship dates. All plants are finished outdoors for our signature hardiness.
FIELD PRODUCTION
55 acres are developed for outdoor field production. All beds have drip irrigation and weed barrier cloth. Some beds have been converted to dual irrigation with overhead and drip capability.
TOTAL YEARLY CAPACITY: With 16 week turn time from transplant, 5,000,000 to 6,000,000 6” containers can be produced.
