Collingsworth General Hospital is a Preferred Leased Hospital since 2004. We are a 13 bed Critical Assess Hospital located in Wellington, Texas, about 100 miles southwest of Amarillo. This hospital offers outpatient, inpatient, swingbed and emergency care with a Level IV Trauma designation. The new inpatient/emergency room facility was part of a multi-million dollar hospital expansion project that opened in January 2011. Our Rural Health Clinic, Collingsworth Family Medicine, is a new 6,891 sq. ft. facility that opened January 2010 as part of the hospital expansion. It has been equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and desinged with the patient in mind. The clinic is staffed with two physicians and two physician assistants who are devoted to keeping the whole family healthy. Collingsworth Family Medicine hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8 to 5 We continue to see patients through the lunch hour to better serve our community.
