Founded in 1979, PayTech, Inc. is a locally owned and operated payroll, human resources and accounting firm based in Phoenix, Arizona. We offer a wide array of services including basic payroll services, a PEO model, an ASO model which is a hybrid between a PEO and basic payroll, a time and labor management division, and full accounting services. As a company, we focus on three major areas:
(1) Outstanding Service - We provide all of our clients a designated, fully trained, client service representative and 24 hour access to all management officials within our organization. We do not have call centers and you will always be able to reach a representative directly. Your representative will be as involved as you prefer.
(2) Technology - We provide our clients with a web hosted, fully integrated payroll, human resource and time and labor management system. The system provides clients with pre-process preview capabilities, customized reporting and has the ability to pre-date deductions. There is also a benefits management section and the system allows you to upload documents to employee’s files ( copies of resumes, applications, and I-9 forms).
(3) Value - we are generally 25% - 35% lower than the major competitors
