Community Crossroads Inc. was established as a not for profit agency to respond to the critical need for local community resources for individuals who have developmental disabilities and their families. Since its incorporation in 1979 and subsequent designation as one of the 12 Area Agencies in the New Hampshire Community Developmental Services System, Community Crossroads has been providing and coordinating supports and services for children and adults who have developmental disabilities. More recently as a result of new funding, Community Crossroads has been able to offer similar services to adults who have acquired brain disorders.
Our Community Crossroads communities encompass the following eleven towns: Atkinson, Chester, Danville, Derry, Hampstead, Newton, Pelham, Plaistow, Salem, Sandown, and Windham.
