Per North Carolina General Statute , the Council shall provide at least one period for public comment per month at a regular meeting of the Council. The Village Council schedules its public comment period during its regular meetings which are typically conducted on the third Friday of the month at 10:00 in the Public Safety Multi-Purpose Room located in the Public Safety Building which is located on Edward Teach Wynd across from Merchant’s Row.
