Black Dog Design, Inc. opened in 1999 as a producer of fabric bags, totes and throws. Since then, owners Mike and Jan Copeland have moved into a 2,000 square foot facility and have expanded their line to include custom fabric work for boats and interiors. Mike’s background as a machinist and Jan’s experience in the realm of fabric have enabled them to offer an unparalleled level of expertise in custom fabric work.
Our custom work includes everything from simple repairs to complicated boat covers and boat trailer covers, furniture re-upholstery, deck covers, snap-in carpet replacement, and even custom covers for unique items like retired military equipment.
