At Knight Hall School, parents find an environment that helps children gain confidence in themselves and the world around them. An environment that helps children build self-esteem and trust. It does this by providing a stimulating, non-judgmental environment that promotes the creative “self-discovery” process, rather than the end product.
Established in 1929 by Dr. Edna Baxter, Knight Hall School was one of the first nursery schools in Connecticut. Today, it is an independent, nonprofit nursery school and fully equipped child care center. The school also serves as a lab school, helping to train people in early childhood education and development.
Open 7:30 to 5:30 , Monday through Friday
