Wood Association and PFS-Teco. Furthermore, all of our
engineered wood manufacturers have made strong commitments to be environmentally responsible. We also stock all of the required accessory products,
including connectors.

Our experienced technical team, led by industry veterans, combine their extensive knowledge and state-of-the-art tools to generate product framing layouts from architects’ blueprints. We communicate daily with design professionals, builders, and
building inspectors in order to facilitate our customers’ projects.

Our sales team is comprised of knowledgeable experts dedicated solely to engineered wood. Their background and experience help them to serve in a consultative role as an extension of our customers’ sales teams.

Our customer service team is a high-energy group of professionals with a
willing and can-do attitude. Each of them is committed to quickly and accurately processing orders and scheduling deliveries. Because we know our customers are busy people, our goal is to handle your request with one-call resolution, accepting the order and confirming a delivery date before we hang up the phone.

Our operations team consists of skilled material handlers and order fabricators who are dedicated to serving our customers by safely and efficiently cutting and assembling material requests. With the visual appearance of your order and its accuracy being top priorities, this team works effectively to package shipments in a way that makes sense for the end user.

Our talented team of truck-driving professionals is committed to safe and timely deliveries of material to our customers. Because our drivers often see the same customers on a daily basis, we don’t believe
in outsourcing this critical component of customer service. Their days begin in the early-morning hours in order to get deliveries to our customers as
early as possible in the business day.
