Page Expectations and Guidelines

Welcome to the Arches National Park Facebook page, a growing online community where people can share information and experiences with the park and one another.

While this is an open forum, we ask that all who contribute do so in a manner that is respectful of others. The following guidelines outline our expectations; posts that do not meet these expectations will be removed.

We do not allow graphic, obscene, or explicit comments or submissions; we do not allow slurs directed at classes or groups of people; nor do we allow comments that are abusive, hateful, defamatory, intended to defame anyone or any organization.

We do not allow attempts to defame or defraud any financial, commercial or non-governmental agency.

We do not allow posts, photos or comments that suggest or encourage illegal activity.

We do not allow solicitations or advertisements. This includes the promotion or endorsement of any financial, commercial or non-governmental agency. The posting of external links on this site that are intended as advertising (or to drive traffic to websites unrelated to Arches National Park), or do not contribute to dialogue and discussions about Arches, may be deleted. People who continue to post such content and/or links may be blocked from further participation.
