All Inclusive Services

You will enjoy our all inclusive service package that will best meet the needs of our residents.

Accommodations – We are proud to show off a two sided fireplace in our home like environment. Each of our private suites includes a bedroom, sitting area, and roomy ADA accessible bathroom. We will provide you a professionally furnished room or we invite you to bring your own furnishings from home.

Daily Meals – Allow us to prepare your healthy home cooked meals. We will provide you or your loved ones three daily meals as well as snacks at any time of the day or night.

Utility Service – Cranberry Park of Clio will provide all heat, electric and water service and cable. Telephone service is available through comcast for an extra fee.

Weekly Housekeeping Service – Our friendly housekeeping staff will clean your private suite on a weekly basis and more often as needed.

Weekly Laundry and Linen Service – Cranberry Park of Clio will launder your personnel items and your bed linens individually on a weekly basis or more if needed.

Life Enrichment Program – Our very own activities director will provide planned social, gaming, crafts, and other recreational programs. We have our own van for outings or even to use for personal items.

Staffing 24 hours a day – Cranberry Park of Clio has professionally trained staff on site 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Transportation – Our staff will aide in providing transportation for Doctor, senior center, or their visits.

Special needs plan

A special needs Plan is available for those who may require additional care that is not considered consistent with assisted living criteria. For example: hospice, additional staffing, or other unique circumstances that may arise.
