Situated in front of the office is the bronze sculture "Dignity". This piece of art was created by Zachary Oxman in his Bethesda, Maryland studio and installed at Siena Farm in August 2009. "Dignity" was commissioned by Anthony Manganaro who was inpired by an encyclical written by Pope John Paul II titled "Laborem exercens" of "On Human Work" which beautifully describes how, when man is allowed to "freely" engage in work it can be very "dignified" experience.
