ACBL teammates participated in the Heart Walk in downtown Louisville Saturday morning capping off a month of fundraising. The three ACBL teams raised over $15,000 to benefit the AHA. We're all anxious to learn which team won. Perhaps someone in this photo can set the record straight.

These ACBL Mighty Mariners competed in the Paducah Dragon Boat Race over the weekend, showing that it is possible to get everyone to row in one direction! Can you name all these smiling faces? If you look closely, you'll see VP of Boat Ops, Jim Masters, which leads us to wonder if this pic may have been altered somehow. Great job, Mighty Mariners!

ACBL will match your donation dollar for dollar up to $5000.00 when you contribute to one of the two ACBL/Jeffboat teams. go to http://www.scimountainchallenge.com/support.html and donate to ACBL-Walking the MPATH or MOR+G. Contributions are tax deductible, and all proceeds benefit the Seamen's Church Institute. Let's do something worthy to support our ACBL Mariners!

The M/V Chicago Trader graces the Chicago skyline from the Chicago Lock, which connects the main branch of the Chicago River to Lake Michigan. The Trader was taking part in the filming of two TV shows hosted by Geoffry Baer, including an updated version of the film Chicago. The 2nd show is a series called 10 That Changed America, in an episode focusing on the reversal of the Chicago river at the turn of the last century. Gorgeous boat, gorgeous skyline...ACBL!

American Commercial Barge Line’s leadership and early adoption of ZF Marine’s z-drive propulsion technology underscores a growing trend on the inland waterways. ACBL's own Bill Foster is featured in the following story in Marine Link: https://www.marinelink.com/news/collaboration-waterways427482
