Unique to Columbus, The Childhood League Center has served children with special needs by providing the best in early childhood education, interventions and therapies for the past 70 years.
Each year, we work with 450 children, birth to age 6, at the most critical time in their development. Our holistic approach works hand-in-hand with our families, both at home and in classrooms. All of our services, therapies and interventions for children with special needs are offered free of charge.
Our classrooms enhance development through play and social interaction with peers. Therapy and interventions happen within the routines and activities of our classrooms, and both children with and without special needs participate together.
We know what we do works. 65% of the children we serve enter kindergarten no longer needing specialized services. Yet this is not our only measurement. 100% of our children show significant improvements, which opens the doors to new possibilities and opportunities in the future.
