The Mission of Sherrill’s University of Barber-styling and Cosmetology is to teach students the necessary technical skills, which will enable them to pass the North Carolina Board of Cosmetology or the North Carolina Board of Barber Examiners examination to obtain a license. The ultimate aim of the school is to prepare the students to be skilled technicians so that each graduating student may be licensed as a cosmetologist/barber stylist or instructor and obtain profitable employment while serving his/her community.
