Haass Family Butcher Shop, opened in 1955, was founded on providing quality products and services. This year we celebrate our 57th anniversary of bringing an old fashioned butcher shop to Kent County, Delaware.
We offer fresh products such as beef, pork, and chicken by the pound or case. We also have bacon and hams that are cured in our smokehouse on site. The Haass Family also makes their own scrapple and sausage, since 1955, with a secret family recipe.
Jeff Haass is a 4th generation butcher who has worked in the business over 30 years. Jeff prides himself on running a butcher shop that is best in quality while providing reasonable and competitive prices. Jeff and “Team Haass” look forward to meeting you and continuing the family traditions that all started 5 decades ago.
