White Oak Place has an optional membership HOA. We offer 2 membership categories designed to meet the various budget and activity needs of our residents.
While we do not have our own covenants and restrictions, we do work with Gwinnett County to enforce the Property Maintenance Ordinance of the Gwinnett County Police Quality of Life Unit. If you have questions about the Ordinance or have a violation to report, you can contact our Quality of Life Coordinator, Audra McDaniel.
