FlynnO'Hara Uniforms was founded in 1972, with 15 customers and a mission to provide the highest quality garments coupled with exceptional customer service to schools and students across the United States. We’ve remained family-owned-and-operated, a mentality that impacts every facet of how we run our business, from employee relationships, to the face-to-face meeting style preferred by our sales force. 44 years later, although we’ve grown from 15 schools to 1500, our mission remains the same.

Our company was built with a strong belief in the importance of quality education, and a responsibility to support and invest in the schools we serve. For this reason, FlynnO’Hara has always given a rebate of up to 10% back to schools on their uniform sales. We value this program as a mutually beneficial partnership with our schools that allows us to invest in the future of quality education. In the past 5 years alone, FlynnO’Hara has given over $20 million to our partner schools.

For school families, our 30 retail locations, easy-to-navigate shop site, and in-school measuring services take the stress out of back-to-school uniform shopping. We promise to outfit every student – no matter how small or large – in a quality garment that can withstand the wear-and-tear of year-long schoolyard use. Our products are guaranteed up to one year from purchase, and our customer service center is open six days each week, year-round, to answer questions and handle issues. It’s this commitment to service and quality that has allowed FlynnO’Hara to become the largest school uniform retailer in the country, and we look forward to serving the Charter, Independent, and Catholic School Communities for many more years to come.
