Legal Concentration
Specific experience:
Our Office has handled many successful adoptions, one example is the following: Represented the adoptive parents. The adoption was with a step father of a three year old cute girl. I assisted the family with completing and filing all the necessary paperwork and guided them through the legal maze. The adoption was granted and all involved in the case were very happy. A majority of our legal practice involves divorces. We handle different types of divorces from the simple uncontested with no children to as complicated as the listed example. Represented the wife. The case involved property issues up to $1 million and children. I was able to successfully get my client more then 50% of the community property and custody of the children.
Paternity, child support is another area that we serve. Represented alleged father in which case he had acknowledged paternity. Three years later he discovered through DNA that he was not the father. Filed Bill of Review and successfully reversed all prior court orders
Representative clients:
I handle all issues relating to Family Law. I will work with clients seeking legal assistance in Adoptions, Child Abuse, Child Custody & Visitation, Child Support, Divorce or Annulment, Domestic Violence, Enforcement of Decrees, Guardianship, Mediation, Military Family Issues, Name Changes, Prenuptial Agreements, Paternity, Restraining Orders, Spousal Support or Alimony, State Child Protection and Surrogates.
Mission Statement
My goal in practicing family law is to make the process as easy and painless as possible. I have been through a divorce personally and I know that neither side wins, especially if there are children involved. On the other hand if the opposing side wants to fight and m ake it difficult on my client we would be more than happy to fight for our clients rights . I treat clients with respect, return phone calls before the end of each day and keep clients updated on their cases.
