A coming together of a one hundred-year-old Montclair family and a Dublin publican brought about Egan & Sons. Sharon Egan lived on the farm at Ballymaloe Cookery School in rural Ireland and went on to work for Chef Kevin Thornton in Dublin. Chris Egan owned and managed the family businesses in Dublin which included Bruxelles and Lillie’s Bordello. Egan & Sons is the product of this union. We focus on sourcing from local farms and pastures, our seasonal list of house-brewed ales, our thirty-four classic and craft brews on tap and our list of over one hundred rare and cornerstone beers. Egan & Sons has been voted Best Bar in Northern New Jersey each year since opening.
