Today we say goodbye to Senpai Chris, who is moving out of state. It has been a gift to have him training and teaching at the dojo these past couple years! We wish him the best and will always remember all the great trainings!

Day 2 training over at Bend Hoops! It was a full day of learning and trying to retain all of this great instruction from Cheah Sensei. Examinations followed at the BKC and then a very fun dinner over at Cascade Lakes Brewery with fellow Karateka!

Day 1 of the spring seminar with Cheah Sensei is proving to be very enlightening! Day 2 starts in 1 hour at Bend Hoops.
