The Phoenix Residence, Inc. is home for its residents. Each person is provided with every amenity imaginable. Residential services are offered in community-based settings of six bed and four bed homes. Each individual has a private bedroom. All homes have have vehicles to enhance individual opportunities for community involvement.
Residents are assisted with all activities of daily living including but not limited to: personal care, meals, housekeeping, shopping and recreational activities. Residents are also assisted with employment, educational and other community activities.
Each service and program strives for safety, independence and quality of care through respect and dignity for one another.
