Freezing the product inside the pipe to form a solid ice plug, allows for no system down time or interruption. After the work is completed, the ice plug thaws and the line is restored to full operation. Using liquid nitrogen, Pipe Freezing Systems Contracting is able to freeze pipes up to 48 Inches. We also sell Do-It-Yourself Kits, for use with CO2, which can freeze pipes up to 4 Inches.

For pipes ranging in size from 3/8" to 4", CO2 pipe freezing equipment kits are a cost-saving, quick and non-intrusive method to perform maintenance on line modification. We offer four varying sizes of reusable nylon jackets, flexible enough to allow vertical or horizontal freezes in awkward places.
