Rio Virgin has approximately 280 homes and spaces with a mix of Park Models in Phase 1 to stick built homes in later phases. We have empty lots that are privately owned and managed by the park manager available for rent on a short or long term basis. Rio Virgin is an active community with a very well maintained clubhouse, clean and comfortable, it is also available for resident use with an appointment. Lots of games played during the week such as pinochle and hand and foot and pool tournaments, plus horseshoes in the park. Our full time residents are about half of the community and the rest are snowbirds. The HOA's are currently $80 per month and cover water, lawn care, garbage, cable TV, WIFI to each home, and use of the clubhouse and attendance to all activities plus many dinners throughout the year that are provided by a joint effort of the entertainment committee (and funds) and community support (pot lucks).
