Cascade Title Company

On August 16, 1996, Cascade Title Company of Benton-Franklin Counties took over the offices of Transnation Title Company located in the Tri -Cities Washington. The offices, one in Richland and one in Kennewick, were combined into one office located at the Quinault Point complex in Kennewick in late 1996. Due to Growth of the company a new, larger building was built in the same complex at Quinault Point in 1999 in which the company still occupies.

At the opening of Cascade Title Company there were 9 staff members, 3 of which still remain. In the years since then, the staff has grown to 25, with 13 staff members with 10 or more years in experience. Both Title and Escrow departments are among, if not, the largest in the Tri-Cities, with 6 escrow staff members having at least 10 years experience and 3 staff members with 20 plus years of experience. The Title Department has 6 staff members with 10 plus years of experience and 3 staff members with 15 plus years of experience.

Having a large and experienced staff, we are able to maintain a high level of service throughout all business climates.

We understand all Title Companies are able to provide the same product, with that said, we pride ourselves in providing excellent service which we believe sets us apart.

Cascade Title Company is a locally owned and operated policy issuing agent for Old Republic Title Company, a member of the Old Republic Title Insurance Group and is part of the Schreiner Group which maintains title and escrow offices in Washington and Oregon.
