Excelsior Design was founded in 1999 in Richland, Washington. We are a small, woman-owned business and have over the years experienced steady growth and success in providing quality services to our clients. Excelsior Design specializes in providing a full range of professional/technical staff augmentation placement services, in addition to payroll services on an as-needed basis. We understand the burdens of posting ads, sorting through applications and resumes to find the right person. Our goal is to take that burden from our clients so that they are able to focus on their core business plan. Finding personnel with the right technical or specialized skills for our clients is our passion.
To insure that clients receive only top quality personnel, Excelsior Design pre-screens all temporary staff prior to placement into any position. Excelsior Design personnel are committed to meeting and/or improving upon our client’s cost and schedule requirements while maintaining quality. Our staff augmentation services allow clients the flexibility to temporarily adjust their staffing levels, as needed, on projects without having to go through the hiring process. By staffing in this manner, projects may utilize personnel for a limited time period (only time necessary to complete specific tasks) and therefore increase profitability.
