Nabholz Appraisal Inc. was founded in 1992 and is based in Conway, Arkansas. We provide real estate appraisal services in Faulkner, Lonoke, Conway and Pulaski Counties. We are fully licensed and insured Certified Residential appraisers and are approved with FHA and VA. Our clients include homeowners, buyers, real estate agents, attorneys and lenders.
We know that you have options when choosing an appraiser, but not all appraisers are the same. Taking the time to make sure that our clients understand the information provided in the appraisal report is imperative and is something that we take great pride in. Another area that sets us apart from our competition is our support staff. Many appraisers work alone, and have the responsibility of answering the phone calls, taking care of email and paying the bills, etc., in addition to providing the appraisals for their clients.
