Neal Smith Engineering, Inc. (NSE) is a knowledgeable and experienced company. When the company started in June of 1996, it initially specialized in providing foundation designs, plans and detailed drawings for pre-engineered metal buildings. NSE has improved its capabilities in the past fifteen years and therefore serves its clients now, better than ever.

Design and analysis of sites and structures requires the application of many areas of expertise. Included in these areas are the applications of state-of-the-art knowledge in the fields of civil, structural, mechanical, electrical and environmental engineering, as well as surveying. The staff at NSE has professional engineers registered in the multiple states. NSE’s staff has the capability to seal engineered drawings in the following states: North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Georgia, Tennessee, Pennsylvania and Maryland. The staff also includes registered professional land surveyors, a designer with a degree in architecture and several design professionals. The staff’s experience is extensive in the areas in which NSE serves it clients.
