Thomas Brzostowski, DDS

Fairview Dental Care was established in 1988 by Dr. Thomas Brzostowski. Dr. Brzostowski is a graduate of Illinois Benedictine University and Loyola University School of Dentistry. His ultimate goal as a practitioner is to bring the highest standard of care to each patient in his practice, and he has been doing so for almost twenty years. Dr. Brzostowski believes in staying abreast in latest dental technology available to his practice, and is always striving to find something new and exciting to add to the office. A member of the ADA and the CDS, Dr. Brzostowski is active in the dental community. He is dedicated to watching his office grow even further, and in 2006 he welcomed his partner Dr. Darren Simpson into the practice. Together they are committed to continue the clinical excellence that makes Fairview Dental Care the standard in western suburbs.

Dr. Brzostowski and his wife live in the area with their four children. He enjoys spending time with his family, and he plays an active role in his children's' athletic activities, as a fan and a coach. Dr. Brzostowski loves to fish, and he has a real passion for Chicago White Sox baseball. Dr. Brzostowski knows the importance of family, and he hopes Fairview Dental Care will continue to meet all of your family needs for many years to come.





Darren Simpson, DDS

Dr. Darren Simpson has been providing his patient with excellent dental care since 1999. Dr. Simpson is a graduate of Indiana University and Marquette University School of Dentistry. He completed a one year residency program at University of Louisville School of Dentistry. Prior to his partnership with Dr. Brzostowski, Dr. Simpson established his own practice in Darien. In March 2006 Simpson Family Dental and Fairview Dental Care merged to create growing family practice that we are today. Dr. Simpson continues to enhance the standard of care in his practice by participating in many continuing education courses. He is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, The Hornbrook Group, The Chicago Masters Esthetic Club, and a certified Invisalign Provider. Dr. Simpson prides himself on moving Fairview Dental Care to the forefront of cosmetic dentistry. He truly has a passion for dentistry, and improving every aspect of his patients' oral health is what Dr. Simpson does best.
Dr. Simpson lives in the area and has two small children who he enjoys spending quality time with. Dr. Simpson thrives on the personal connections that he makes with his patients, and is excited to welcome you into our family practice.

Monica Babbitt, DDS

Monica Babbitt grew up in the town of Bristol, Illinois, about 60 miles from the city of Chicago. In 1988, she graduated from Southern Illinois University with a degree in dental working part-time as a hygienist, she continued her education at University of Illinois in Chicago, where she earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in 1993 and her Doctorate Degree from the School of Dentistry in 1994. She completed her education at University of Nebraska in Lincoln with a residency in Periodontology in 1997.

Because of herbackground, Dr. Babbitt has been involved in the area of periodontics for over 20 has served as an Associate Clinical Professor, in the Department of Periodontology, at University of Illinois, where she received the Faculty Development Award for the Department of Periodontics in 1999. Her private practice involves all aspects of periodontal therapy, including non-surgical treatment of periodontal disease, implants, and oral pathology. She is particularly interested in plastic surgery for esthetic improvement and the medical implications from oral infection. In fact, she was involved in a research project through the National Institute Of Health which looked at the link between osteoporosis, post-menopause and periodontal disease.

Dr. Babbitt frequently attends continuing education courses, most recently regarding periodontal medicine, implants and laser surgical technique. Even though it is not required in the state of Illinois, she completed a proficiency certificate from the Academy of Laser the last two years, she has attended 100+ hours of continuing education, which is over 3-times that required by the state of Illinois. She has been a member of the American Academy of Periodontology and the Midwest Society of Periodontology since 1998.

She is very excited to be back in the Chicago land area after living in Las Vegas, NV for six years. While she was established with two premiere dental offices there, it was family, friends, and Midwest values that drew her back to the area. Dr. Babbitt has two daughters, Chase and Kendall. In her time away from the study and practice of Periodontics, she enjoys spending time with family, fitness, nutritional/alternative health, travel, and real estate/home improvement.

The caring, highly trained, and friendly hygienist at our office strive to make each patient feel comfortable and relaxed.
