For over 35 years, Children’s Haven International (CHI) / Refugio International de Niños (RIN) has provided a home and refuge to countless children from broken, abusive, or impoverished families. Our children usually range in age from 1 to 18. Our Home is located in the border city of Reynosa, Tamaulipas- MEXICO and our main administrative office is in Pharr, TX.
