• Pose a public safety issue, including but not limited to containing personal information or information on pending investigations;
• Relate to the guilt or innocence of accused individuals which would have a likelihood of prejudicing a criminal proceeding.

Violations of the Elkhart County Prosecutor’s Office comment policy may cause the author to be blocked from this page.
