The Elkhart County Prosecutor’s Office reserves the right to remove any or all postings from the page. Posts and comments may not be monitored 24/7 and tips of an emergency nature should be directed to 911 or the appropriate law enforcement agency.
Comments will be removed if they: • Are unrelated to the subject matter of the original post; • Use profane language, are vulgar or are offensive; • Contain personal attacks or threats of any kind; • Suggest or encourage illegal activity; • Contain offensive comments that promote, foster, or perpetuate discrimination on the basis of race, creed, color, age, religion, gender, sexual orientation, marital status, national origin, or physical or mental disability; • Are solicitations or advertisements; • Are spam or include links to other sites; • Pose a public safety issue, including but not limited to containing personal information or information on pending investigations; • Relate to the guilt or innocence of accused individuals which would have a likelihood of prejudicing a criminal proceeding.
Violations of the Elkhart County Prosecutor’s Office comment policy may cause the author to be blocked from this page.
