Atlanta-based Hospitality International, Inc. has been a steadfast hotel franchise company, in business for nearly 30 years, offering economical and flexible franchise opportunities for hotel and motel owners. It is this philosophy that allows us to offer quality economical lodging to consumers.
Although Hospitality International provides Standards for its Franchises, it does not impose a cookie-cutter approach and allows its franchised inns to retain their individual look and feel. This flexibility is what makes up a diverse offering to consumers, with small Mom and Pop type motels to larger, more sophisticated, lodging facilities. Some are motels, with park at your door convenience, while others are hotels with interior access and offer more features and amenities. All, however, are permitted to retain their individual personalities. It is this approach that has added to the successful and enduring relationship between franchisee and franchisor, and a healthy repeat business from many market segments.
While you’ll find certain amenities at all of our locations, such as no-charge high speed wireless internet access, others are optional; however, it is typical for many inns to provide refrigerators, microwaves and hair dryers in the guest rooms while others may offer these items by request. All inns provide complimentary coffee and many offer a complimentary continental breakfast.
The INNcentive Card is our Guest Loyalty membership program, entitling guests to a 10%, or greater, discount off of regular room rates at Hospitality International’s franchised inns. There are no point accumulations or delay in receiving the discount. It is given at time of check in to INNcentive card members.
