WORSHIP: "In the Presence of Jehovah!" BHMBC Season of Prayer & Intercession/Day 8 Psalm 22:26-29 The meek shall eat and be satisfied; they shall praise the Lord that seek Him. Your heart shall live for ever. All the ends of the world shall remember and turn unto the Lord, and all the kindreds of the nations shall worship before Thee. For the kingdom is the Lord’S, and He is the governor among the nations. All they that are fat upon the earth shall eat and worship; all they that go down to the dust shall bow before Him, for none can keep alive his own soul. John 4:20-24 Our fathers worshiped on this mountain, and ye say that Jerusalem is the place where men ought to worship.” Jesus said unto her, “Woman, believe Me, the hour cometh when ye shall neither on this mountain, nor yet at Jerusalem, worship the Father. Ye worship ye know not what; we know what we worship, for salvation is of the Jews. But the hour cometh and now is, when the true worshipers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth; for the Father seeketh such to worship Him. God is a Spirit, and they that worship Him must worship Him in spirit and in truth.” Songs: In the Presence of Jehovah by Vicki Yohe & Alpha and Omega by Israel Houghton & New Breed Intercessor's Comment: As I mentioned in the Prayer Prompt video . . . The Holy Ghost hijacked my prayer meeting? WORSHIP FELL! I found myself on my knees head bowed, then I fell prostrate before the Altar. Arms outstretched, palms up, and nose to the carpet. WORSHIP is that awesome moment when we as God's children are awesomely made aware of God's Presence, His Character, and His boundless Love and Compassion for us! Worship is not relegated to a day of the week, an offering basket, or a song (the Hammond B3 doesn't have be playing). It's just you and the Lord. Be still and know that I am God! No words of Prayer today! I'm in His Presence! Join me. In Jesus name. Amen! Rev. Cheryl Dorsey BHMBC Prayer Coordinator

GOD'S PROTECTION: "Angels Watching Over Me!" BHMBC Season of Prayer & Intercession/Day 7 Psalm 34:4-7 (NIV) "I sought the Lord, and he answered me; he delivered me from all my fears. Those who look to him are radiant; their faces are never covered with shame. This poor man called, and the Lord heard him; he saved him out of all his troubles. The angel of the Lord encamps around those who fear him, and he delivers them." John 12:32 (KJV21) And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto Me.” Song: Angels (Extended) by Richard Smallwood Father, we praise your name, and give you thanks! We lift you up in this place! In our hearts ♥️♥️♥️, in our homes 🏡🏠🏡, in our church ⛪️, in our communities 🏘🗺🏙!!! We lift up the name of Jesus today. Lord, speak to our hearts and show us who, how, & when to share Jesus. We believe that we do the lifting, you will do the drawing, and the kingdom will increase! Let us not be weary in well doing. We pray for our families in Beacon Hill Church & Community. Keep us, O God. Encamp us round and about with your angels of protection. Be with us in our coming in, and our going out! We bind every scheme or strategy of the enemy in Jesus name. Bring his every disruptive plan to nought. No weapon formed against us shall prosper! We pray that your plans for our lives and the lives of our children are fulfilled! Increase us in your work, and in our communities. Bless us, and make us a blessing we pray. In Jesus name. Amen! Rev. Cheryl Dorsey BHMBC Prayer Coordinator Psalm 37:25-26 I was young and now I am old, yet I have never seen the righteous forsaken or their children begging bread. They are always generous and lend freely; their children will be a blessing. Jeremiah 29:11-13 For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call on me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart. Galatians 6:9 Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up. Isaiah 54:17 No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is of Me,” saith the Lord.

Our own First Lady, Rev. Cheryl Dorsey, was the featured speaker during the Annual Women's Day 4:00 p.m. Afternoon Service at THE HILL on Sunday, May 21st! The theme of the day was: "God Uses Women To Change The Church, The Community And The World". Rev. Cheryl spoke on "A Holy Ghost Fashion Show". She spoke from Galatians 5:22, and reminded the women and all who gathered, that if we are to bring change to the church, the community and the world in which we live, our daily spiritual garments must include the Fruits of the Spirit: Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness, Goodness, Faithfulness, Gentleness, and Self-Control, and we must strive to show these traits to all that we encounter on our Christian journey. These are the spiritual weapons which we must constantly and faithfully bring into a world of darkness.

We had a terrific Women's Day Morning Service at THE HILL on Sunday, May 21st! The theme of the day was: "God Uses Women To Change The Church, The Community And The World". At 11:00 a.m., The Honorable Lori Wilcox, City Clerk of Chicago Heights, spoke about her life experiences and how her life totally changed when she finally started to recognize the voice of God and began responding the way that she knew that He would have her respond. Lori shared how others may have viewed her public life as exciting and very successful, in private she was struggling in many aspects of her life. But when she began to acknowledge God's calling on, and purpose for her life, she was able to overcome those struggles and shortcomings, God showed her that true success came from trusting and believing in Him. We thank Ms. Wilcox for her inspirational and heartfelt message!!!
