Since 1954 Two generations of the Shamas family have owned Orange Blossom, and owner Ed Shamas, like his father and uncle before him, Ed has continuously served up delicious food, with high-quality presentations, and impeccable service since 1954.

We maintain a staff of approximately 80 people and many of our staff members have been with us for more than 25 years, so you can rest assured that we’ll bring our knowledge and experience to your event.
