It began in 2001 when Adam then the manager of the popular Texas restaurant, decided it was time to introduce the taste of homemade Italian pizza to Owensboro. He felt that there was a great opportunity to create pizza that tasted just like the ones he used to get in small authentic Italian restaurants.
