Situated in central Mississippi across the river from the State Capitol, Pearl, MS is Mississippi’s 14th largest city with a population of over 26,000. As the third largest city in the Jackson Metro Area, Pearl offers residents and visitors alike a variety of activities. Residents enjoy a low-crime, low-tax place to live and they enjoy the same great shopping and recreational activities that people near and far have come to enjoy. Trustmark Park is home to the Mississippi Braves, Atlanta’s AA affiliate. Nearby is the outdoorsman’s dream with a 130,000 square foot Bass Pro Shop, and there is also a 17 screen Cinemark Tinseltown USA Movie Theater with stadium seating. The largest outlet mall in the state, "The Outlets of Mississippi" is a shopping paradise with over 80 upscale retail shops and restaurants. Pearl is situated on the “Crossroads of the South” at the intersection of I-20 and I-55, as well as the intersection of Hwy 80 and Hwy 49 with some of the highest traffic counts in the state.
