With over twenty years in this business, I come from a generation where a handshake is your word, and a face to face conversation is the best way to build a relationship.
That said, one can say that I fought this online still took great pride in placing people in their proverbial dream home. For several years this seems to have created quite the conundrum, as clearly social media is now an important part of doing business, one that was not so willing to venture into.
