Robeson County's Only Privately Funded, Federally Licensed 501c3 "No-Kill" Rescue Organization! in 2015, RCHS celebrated it's 25th year anniversary as Robeson County's only brick and mortar no-kill animal rescue facility. A faithful & tireless group of volunteers, members & staff who have been selflessly giving cats and dogs a new start in life. Showing these forgotten critters a better and more compassionate way of life. We are a Federally recognized & State approved 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to helping cats and dogs. We were founded to find loving homes for adoptable animals, and promote responsible pet ownership throughout the county with an emphasis on spaying and neutering.
