Today L&I proposed a 2.5% decrease in the average workers' compensation rate for 2018, the first decline since 2007. "Efforts to help injured workers heal and return to work are paying off," said Gov. Jay Inslee. It's good for them, it helps employers, and it keeps workers' comp costs down."
