Cool new details confirmed! Get your friends to go to this event for 6th-8th grade families. 1.) Dave's gift cards for the first 50 families in the door. 2.) DJ Bijou Star from z107.9 will be at John Marshall broadcasting from the event, and 3) taco bar, while it lasts!
Families of 6th-8th grade students can enjoy a simple dinner for free at the fair and shop from 16 west side and downtown tuition-free high school choices in the Cleveland Metropolitan School District,. Programs include: college prep, STEM, digital arts, business, enviromental studies, International Baccalaureate (IB), and vocational programs. New schools that will open this fall will be represented, too! *All attendees get a free entry into an event raffle. *Our hosts, the John Marshall Campus, will conduct tours of the School of Information Technology, School of Civic & Business Leadership, and the School of Engineering. *Resources around special education, athletics, multingual services, Upward Bound, and College Now will be there in addition to school staff and students from each program. *There will be a Q & A with a student panel representing various schools where 6th-8th graders can ask what high school is like from their peers. *Personal assistance will be provided to do online school selection at the event, as the open enrollment period for all CMSD schools ends March 13th. *High school families that are looking to transfer their teen next fall are welcome to attend. ********** 1) $20 Dave's Markets gift cards for the first 50 families in the door, 2) DJ Bijou Star from z107.9 will be at John Marshall broadcasting from the event, and 3) taco bar, while it lasts!
