Gray’s Grist Mill brand of corn meal is made from Rhode Island Narragansett Flint Corn which is grown on the southern coast of Rhode Island, where soft balmy breezes impart to the grain that genuine softness and tempting flavor. Aged in open air corn cribs by the sun and winds, ground by the old-process between huge 56 inch granite stones which have been grinding corn for generations.
Gray’s Grist Mill, one of the oldest, continually running grist mills in New England, is technically located in Adamsville, Rhode Island. But it’s position on the Massachusetts/Rhode Island border (the state line runs directly through the mill pond) means that both states can claim it as a historical treasure.
