Oakview Apartments

Our apartment leasing office is located off of Burke Ave NE, which is west of Fuller Ave off of Leonard. 

We include the heat, water, sewer, & trash in our rent & furnish our apartments with mini blinds, a fridge, a stove, a dishwasher, & an air conditioning unit. There are laundry facilities & only 4 apartments in each building.

We have management onsite during normal business hours & 24 hour emergency maintenance. We do allow cats & we're offering a free fitness membership to Endurance fitness to all of our residents.
