Tierra del Sol Foundation serves our community by enabling individuals with disabilities to establish meaningful and productive lives and to contribute to the economic, cultural and civic vitality of their communities. Tierra serves the entire community by helping 675 men and women with developmental disabilities to contribute to society through community volunteerism, creative artistic expression, and gainful employment. Nearly 100 worthy community organizations are made stronger each day by the volunteer efforts of the people we serve; Tierra participants earned more than $250,000 in wages in 2009 – dollars spent right back into the local economy. Tierra is proud of its CARF accreditation and its national reputation for service excellence.
