At First Baptist Church we believe that people are bound together by relationships. Every believer has a relationship with God, relationships with other believers, and relationships with those who are not believers.
We experience COMMUNION through an intimate relationship with God, we experience COMMUNITY in an inter-mutual relationship with other believers, and we live out our COMMISSION when we have an intentional relationship with those who are not believers.
The key to becoming a mature disciple of Christ is properly understanding these three types of relationships (upward, inward and outward relationships).
