Angela Bryant, LTC Supervising Scheduler Before joining Assistance Plus, Angela Bryant earned her Associates Degree in Business Administration at KVCC in Fairfield. She is our newest Supervising Scheduler in the LTC Department. Angela credits a family member for referring her to Assistance Plus about 6 weeks ago to a job she loves. And she’s been gracefully handling her new job ever since. On her own time, Angela enjoys cooking and values the time she spends crafting and spending quality time with her kids. As the oldest of 13 children, Angela learned to value family and friends as most important to her. In fact she said “I wouldn’t be anywhere without them.”

Karen Parisien, LTC Supervising Scheduler Karen Parisien brings her passion for helping others to her job as a Supervising Scheduler in the Long Term Care Department. In fact she lists her special interests as caring for the elderly and rescuing animals. Throughout her career, Karen has developed a number of skills used in the medical field to support those in need. Her credentials include a CNA and Rad Tech certification which is used for Cat Scans and Mammography. But, in addition to formal education, Karen believes “we should learn from our elders”. Karen’s family includes her wonderful daughter, Brianna who is her “sunshine”, JB who she considers her soul mate and of course all her rescues. When she’s not working or spending time at home, you might spot Karen riding on the back of JBs Harley Davidson on the back roads of Maine.
